How much does shipping cost?
We ship exclusively within CANADA!
Toyandparty.com uses Canada Post Expedited Parcel as its basic shipping method in Canada so shipments are now faster, more reliable and traceable. Orders can only be left in what is deemed to be a secure location. If no one is available to accept the package, and if a secure drop-off location is not available, then a card will be left informing you that the package is waiting to be picked up at the nearest Canada Post office.
We are currently offering a flat rate shipping price for most small package shipments to Eastern, Central, and Western Canada shipping zones. Remote locations (more than 50km of a major city) and shipping to Nunavut, Northwest Territories or Yukon will need a special shipping quote. Oversized items like piñatas cost a lot to ship and may result in extra shipping charges. We will contact you before we finalize your order if there is any additional cost to shipping your order.
Regular shipments in Canada - $12.99
For local customers there is also a ‘Pickup in Store’ option with no shipping fees available.
How can I check the status of my order?
When you place your order it is sent immediately to our warehouse. You should receive an email confirmation of your order that it is in processing within 24-hours.
When the order is shipped you will receive another email confirming shipment and including a tracking number for Canada Post. You can check your tracking number directly at the Canada Post website at www.canadapost.ca.
How do I return something to toyandparty.com?
We take great care to insure every order is shipped as ordered, but if an incorrect item is shipped by our error, we will send a replacement product to you as soon as possible at our expense.
*Unopened* non-seasonal party goods may be returned for credit as long as it is still a current item in our catalogue. Credit will be for the lesser value of current webstore price or the amount paid for the item.
All sales are final on sale, seasonal and wearable products (including costumes, hats, makeup, etc).
It is important to contact our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org as you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return. A customer service individual will respond promptly with a return confirmation message and (if necessary) shipment instructions for returning the item.
Except in the case of our error, you are responsible for return shipping costs and any damage that happens during shipping from you to our warehouse.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We strive to process all orders within 48 hours. Orders placed before noon Monday - Friday are usually shipped the next business day.
You can get an estimate of the shipping time by clicking on the following link to Canada Posts website. Enter our postal code (L4N 8V4) and your postal code, plus an estimate box size of 1 kg weight, 30x30x30 cm and click SUBMIT.
The estimated time for shipping will be listed under "Expedited Parcel".
